What are you going to miss the most from SHCP?

  1. i'll miss all the friends here. Some I'll still see but others not as much. It'll be weird not seeing everyone everyday anymore. I'll also miss the the Bruce Mahoney games because you don't get that feeling as being a fan compared to being a student. I enjoyed my time here.

  2. I think i'm going to miss how laid back it was in school. I am going to miss how there are teachers always there for us, like holding our hands through our high school years. But now that we are going to college... that is going to be a lot different. Singing up for our own classes and picking our own teachers. It's going to be really intimidating.
I know I am also going to miss eating lunch and hanging out with some of my friends. I am not going to get used to the fact that I won't see them everyday anymore.
It's just sad that we are leaving, but then again, slightly happy.

  3. Im going to miss the atmosphere. everyone knows each other almost. High school at sh is very fun because this school has great tradition. of course college will not be the same but maybe for the better.

  4. At the risk of sounding like a nerd, I'm probably going to miss the bonds I can make with my teachers. Having such small classrooms allows teachers and students to know each other on a more personal level. They know my name, some can pinpoint my weaknesses, and others genuinely care about my mood and will listen when they know I'm discontented. It can make learning more fun when you get a teacher who's willing to joke around, it makes the academic experience more fulfilling when you get a teacher who you know wants you to succeed, and it makes school more worthy when I can go up to a teacher at the end of the year and tell them they changed my life. I know I won't have that in college because the classes will be so big and the teachers, i hear, less attached. I really will miss getting to know my teachers.

  6. Though many days seemed mundane and never-ending, I think what I will miss the most from SCHP is that I knew what to usually expect from the day. I'm going to miss seeing my friends at our special place everyday during lunch. I will miss the teachers. I've had a couple teachers for more than a year and each time I felt that I learned something new about them. I truly appreciate what some of them have done and will definitely miss some of their goofy personalities. While typing this response, I came to the conclusion that I would probably end up missing the little things, like hearing Mr. Jordan's voice on the announcements, knowing we had 7 minuntes to walk from one building to the next or seeing Mr.Farrel talk to students (sometimes not from our school) in the morning with his bullhorn.

  7. I think the things I will miss about SHCP are the people that I've met and became good friends with. I will also miss the teachers. I might also miss the odd scheduled that we have, (like getting to school and being in class AT 7:55 a.m., having 48 minutes of class and a 7 minutes passing period). I might miss that, weird I know. I might also miss hearing Mr. Jordan talk over the intercom saying the announcement that tell you what is happening around the school.
High school was fun while it lasted. Now to start a new chapter in our lives College. It's kind of scary to think that our high school life will come to a close in about a week. I've had a great time here at SHCP and I will cherish it.

  8. My Friends. No doubt about it. I don't want to sound emo or anything but friends are the people that shape the kind of person you are. throughout my high school career, i've become a better and different person because of them. also, friends are people who always make you laugh. you would always have a good time with them. i have about 14 close friends like really really close. however, unfortunately we're all like separating. i mean its cool that were finally graduating but it sucks because we're all going away. i will most definitely miss them. also, even though i complain about my sport, i will miss track and field. i'm going to miss the intensity of a race and the adrenaline rush i feel when i run.

  9. What im going to miss most are my friends because i probably won't be seeing them for a long time especially since i am going to college in the east coast. Also, im going to miss playing tennis for SH because everyone was really close and we all had fun. Yet i am excited for college and can't wait to live on my own! graduating in 5 days!

  10. Im going to miss my friends and being apart of Step Team. SH was the place where I found my passion of being a dancer. Im going to miss performing in front of the whole entire school and be apart of the bruce. The most thing Im going to miss of high school is my teachers who became my role models.
